A commercial invoice, packing list, sales contract, HS code and product description are the basics. Certificates of origin, MSDS or UN38.3 (for batteries and chemicals), and brand authorisation may also be required depending on the destination and product.

LCL sea freight starts from 1 CBM (with a 1 CBM minimum charge), air freight from about 100 kg, and express courier for smaller parcels and samples. For shipments over 15 CBM, FCL is usually more cost-effective.
